CLARK — The efforts of parents and community members to keep Saint Agnes School open seem to be paying off following last month’s decision by school officials to cancel the closure under the conditions that enrollment reach 150 students by March 15. CLARK — School officials considering outsourcing technical support services at Arthur L. Johnson High School have met with some resistance from teachers concerned about the possible layoff of existing staff.
